“Suddenly in Command”

Description

The CT Port Authority is sponsoring a FREE “Suddenly in Command” course by the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary on Saturday, April 25th from 9am-12pm at their office in Old Saybrook.

It’s for anyone who might need to step in when the captain can’t operate the boat.
