FALL AT HERBERT T CLARK HOUSE

The Herbert T. Clark House Assisted Living and Congregate Housing are continuously accepting applications! We encourage all those who meet the requirements to apply.  We are seeking referrals for all three income brackets. Please make sure to emphasize to potential applicants not to wait until the last minute to apply!
 
Herbert T. Clark House partners with Glendale Dining Services and with Utopia Assisted Living.  
 
The Congregate housing provides one meal daily, respectively. Both the Assisted Living and Congregate housing offer housekeeping services and an array of social activities and outings that residents can participate in. 
 
Applicants must meet certain age and financial criteria depending on the housing they are applying for.
 
The gross monthly income amounts as of 5/1/2025 are as follows:

$1,311-$1,847
A couple does not qualify at 25%
 
50%
$1,781-$3,695
$2,578-$4,220 (couple)
 
60%
$1,975-$4,434
$2,772-$5,064 (couple)
